About Shelley D’Aquino – Founder/Co-Owner
The Le Parlour NYC experience is inspired by my time spent living in Paris where I quickly grew to value and appreciate the unique Parisian spa approach to providing high quality results in a very personalized manner with an extreme focus on comfort, luxury, and discretion.
With my extensive background and formal training and experience in the fashion industry, beauty has always been my first love. The elevated approach to service offered by the Parisian Spa’s really resonated with me and made me realize that this is how every woman wants to be treated, pampered, and catered to. Upon my return to the U.S., I quickly began to reminisce of my experiences in Paris. Le Parlour NYC represents my vision in the recreation of a highly personalized experience where our clients can receive tailored services of the highest quality delivered by the most innovative technology and the best estheticians and laser technicians available within our industry.
I have navigated the waters of many industries. As a fashion merchandiser, this experience taught me to make decisions on my own and learn from my mistakes. As a fashion stylist, the joy of creating and bringing those creations to life was powerful and enriching. However, nothing beats the personal fulfillment and level of satisfaction I experience when my clients reach out to let me know how I’ve changed their lives by changing their skin. As an AdvaTx certified Laser technician, I am proud to provide my clients with the truly transformational results that this highly innovative platform can achieve.
About Maya – Lead Esthetician
Maya is our lead esthetician and certified laser technician with 20 years of experience performing the highest quality laser hair removal and laser skin rejuvenation treatments. She is an expert with our Cynosure Elite laser device and is also certified to provide skin rejuvenation, pigmentation, and acne treatments with our advanced AdvaTx platform.
